Batch image processing for Mac

Process image batches on your Mac, without shipping files away.

ImageFlow keeps repeated image prep in one visible workflow: import, choose actions, preview, and export. Core processing stays free, while Workflow Pro unlocks templates, automation, and larger queues for repeat-heavy work.

ImageFlow is being shaped as a focused Mac utility, not a broad creative suite. The goal is a calmer, more repeatable path for recurring image work.

Purchase model

Buy once, restore through Apple.

Workflow Pro is a one-time unlock handled by Apple StoreKit. It is not positioned as a recurring subscription in the current build.

Who it is for

People who keep preparing images in batches.

E-commerce operators, content publishers, creators, and anyone whose folders keep filling with images that need the same cleanup again.

Why ImageFlow

Not another loose collection of image tools.

The difference is not just features. It is that the same repeated job can stay visible, consistent, and easier to rerun next time.

Without ImageFlow

Jump between Preview, Finder, and one more utility.

  • Repeat the same export settings from memory
  • Resize in one place, watermark in another
  • Lose consistency when the next batch arrives

With ImageFlow

Keep the batch in one path: import, adjust, preview, export.

  • Reuse the same setup for similar jobs
  • Preview the result before you commit the whole batch
  • Move recurring work into templates and automation with Workflow Pro

One clean sequence

Image work should feel like a path, not a pile of tools.

ImageFlow is built around the steps people actually repeat every day, from import to final export.

01

Import

Bring in files or folders without turning setup into a task of its own.

02

Choose actions

Stack the edits that matter: format, compression, resize, crop, watermark, padding.

03

Preview

Check the result before exporting so repeated jobs stay predictable.

04

Export

Ship the final batch with less friction and fewer quality surprises.

What it handles

Everything needed for recurring image prep, without the usual mess.

Format + size

Convert, compress, and resize in batches.

JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC support with predictable output sizing for content, product, and delivery workflows.

Finishing touches

Watermark, padding, crop, rotate.

Handle the edits that usually force one more round in another tool.

Repeatable setups

Save templates for the jobs you do every week.

Workflow Pro unlocks template-based repeatability and queue scale beyond the free tier.

Automation

Watch folders and keep files moving.

For recurring pipelines, ImageFlow can process incoming assets with less manual babysitting.

Plans

A simple split: free essentials for everyday jobs, Pro for repeat systems.

The pricing boundary matches the product itself. Basic image work stays open. Workflow Pro is for templates, automation, and the kind of volume that keeps coming back every week.

Free

Core image processing

Free forever

  • Format conversion, compression, resize, crop, rotate, watermark, padding
  • Manual preview and manual export
  • Up to 50 images per run

Workflow Pro

For repeat-heavy production work

¥39 / $6.99 one-time unlock

  • Saved templates for recurring setups
  • Folder automation and external entry points
  • Unlimited queue beyond the free 50-image limit
  • 7-day trial in the current build

Built for real work

Useful when image prep keeps interrupting the rest of your day.

E-commerce assets

Resize, compress, and standardize large sets of product images.

Content publishing

Prepare covers, blog images, and social graphics in one pass.

Brand batches

Keep watermark, background, and sizing rules consistent across deliverables.

Local workflows

Stay close to Finder and folders without building your whole process around them.

A concrete example

One product batch, one setup, fewer repeated decisions.

Think of a folder with 128 e-commerce images that all need the same output treatment before they are ready to publish.

Example workflow

Source folder -> 1600 px JPG + WebP -> brand watermark -> export.

Instead of rebuilding the same sequence by hand, ImageFlow lets the whole batch move through one configuration and one preview step.

Why it matters

  • The output rules stay consistent across the whole set
  • The next similar batch is easier to run again
  • Workflow Pro can turn that setup into a reusable template or folder automation

Private by default

ImageFlow is designed for local image work, with clear limits and explicit permissions.

The current app does not ship with third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not need a remote dashboard to perform normal image processing.

File and folder access is requested because of the macOS sandbox. ImageFlow only works with files and folders you explicitly choose, and keeps the needed access bookmarks locally for export memory and automation flows.
